The PAL3 µSPE stands for a miniaturized SPE technology that enables reliable automation and reduction of sample volume and solvent without sacrificing performance. |
The sample can be loaded directly into the upper part of the µSPE cartridge using a standard PAL3 syringe. Afterwards, if necessary, wash with solvent. |
The bottom outlet is designed to penetrate pre-slit septa of sample vials and can also inject directly into LC injection valves. |
A key feature of the µSPE is the ability to withstand high pressure (10 bar) and prevent leakage from the syringe needle. This enables faster loading of larger sample volumes. |
