The PAL3 µSPE stands for a miniaturized SPE technology that enables reliable automation and reduction of sample volume and solvent without sacrificing performance.

Applications range from food pesticides, water and pharmaceutical analysis to forensic and pharmacological applications.

The sample can be loaded directly into the upper part of the µSPE cartridge using a standard PAL3 syringe. Afterwards, if necessary, wash with solvent.

The bottom outlet is designed to penetrate pre-slit septa of sample vials and can also inject directly into LC injection valves.

A key feature of the µSPE is the ability to withstand high pressure (10 bar) and prevent leakage from the syringe needle. This enables faster loading of larger sample volumes.
